COLLECTION AND DELIVERY

How and when will my order be delivered?

Plywoodshop.ae manages the transport itself, so we can guarantee a good delivery. We have our own logistics department, and we do proper plans all deliveries. When placing your order you can indicate your preference for a delivery date and time. We will then try to schedule your delivery on the desired date and time. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee this.

Scheduled deliveries are confirmed by telephone. During this telephone confirmation, the delivery date and time will be discussed with you.

Our driver will call you about 30 minutes before delivery.

We deliver to the door, this means for houses on the ground floor up to the front door and for flats/apartments after the first door, entrance portal on the ground floor. This is for insurance reasons. If you are not able to move the products yourself, we are not responsible for any damage caused during transport inside. The risk is for the recipient.

Delivery costs

For preparing, transporting and delivering the order, the costs can be calculated in our webshop when the products have been added to the shopping cart. By clicking on the button “calculate transport costs” you can see briefly what the transport costs will be.

Standard delivery

Dubai: 150 AED

Sharjah / Umm al Quwain / Ras Al Khaimah: 200 AED

Abu Dhabi/ Fujairah/ Al Ain 250 AED

You can also order online and collect your order from our warehouse in Dubai Industrial City. There is sufficient parking space for your car including trailer and your orders are neatly sorted and loaded for you by our warehouse employees.
